These general conditions of sale are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments) and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 and subsequent amendments) and apply exclusively the remote sale via the web of the Products shown on the site www.universaldolce.com, in correspondence of which there is the button "Buy online", And the Services as indicated in these General Conditions as well as in section "Services"Of the Site. In the event of changes to the General Conditions, the General Conditions published on the Site at the time the Order is sent by the Customer will apply to the purchase order.

Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and adequately detailed in the Purchase Order. Purchase Orders must be made online by completing an order form in electronic format and transmitting it to the Seller, electronically, following the instructions on the Site.

The contract is concluded when the Seller communicates the acceptance of the order; after that Universal Dolce will take charge of the purchase order, which the Seller may not process if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, if the order is incomplete or incorrect. In these cases, the Seller will inform the Customer by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the purchase order has not been carried out specifying the reasons.

Please note that the product you purchase is intended exclusively for the country in which the order is placed; therefore, if the Customer decides to place the product in another country, he is responsible for placing the product and is required to follow the applicable regulations and restrictions both for exporting from the country in which he purchased the object and for importing into the country where he intends to take it. It is specified that no shipments of liquid products will be carried out in non-EEC countries and that any taxes and expenses for imports and / or customs clearance will be borne by the Customer.

Payment of the Order must be made at the time of forwarding to Universal Dolce of the Order itself.
Payment must be made online by credit card on the circuits mentioned in the "GENERAL NOTES" paragraph, following the instructions given on the Site itself.

At the same time as the communication of the Order Confirmation, the total amount to be paid will be charged to the Customer.

Universal Dolce will issue an invoice relating to the Purchase Order, inserting it in the package that will be delivered to the Customer who placed the Order. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer will prevail. Universal Dolce therefore reminds the Customer to always check, with the utmost attention, the accuracy of the information provided.

Orders are delivered within 4 working days from the shipment confirmation email.
For some areas of Italy such as Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria and the islands it may take approximately 5 working days.

The Seller delivers the purchased Products to the address indicated by the Customer.

Universal Dolce will carry out the delivery by specialized carriers specifically appointed by the Seller, only in the Italian territory. Delivery will take place without prior appointment and is intended at street level.

Delivery will be made by courier in a time between 9.00 and 18.00 from Monday to Friday. The payment of the costs of returning the purchased products is charged to the customer and under his responsibility. The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in the previous points - is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully met:
- the products must be returned in their original packaging;

- returned products must be delivered to the forwarder within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the purchase of goods made to measure or customized according to specific requests by the customer, as well as for goods which by their nature cannot be returned or for which there is a risk of deterioration or rapid alteration.

If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph, the Seller will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products according to the methods and terms provided.
